For parents
- More than 6 hours before: free cancellation or reschedule. Full refund to your original payment method or wallet credit.
- Within 6 hours: 50% of the lesson fee is released to the tutor; 50% returned to you.
- No-show (parent): the full lesson fee is released to the tutor.
- Tutor no-show or late > 15 min: 100% refund plus a goodwill credit toward your next lesson.
For tutors
- Cancel at least 12 hours before to avoid impact on your reliability score.
- Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can suspend your account and forfeit pending earnings.
- If you have an emergency, message the parent immediately and contact tutors@edutrustconnect.com.
Recurring subscriptions
You can pause or cancel a recurring plan from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; already-scheduled lessons remain bookable.
How to cancel
Open the booking from your dashboard and tap Cancel lesson. You'll see the refund amount before you confirm.
